REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of ‘Order Confirmation’ e-mail.
Where the item(s) is faulty (meaning it is broken, malfunctioning, defective materialsfrom factory and/or flawed workmanship in production) or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement at no cost to the customer.
If the product(s) has any markings or damages the customer must inform us of this within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) as recorded by the courier.
Claiming that the material of the product(s) is different from the imagination will not be taken as a reason for return or refund as we provide close-up photos or videos of the actual product(s) before shipping.
A refund or an exchange may be claimed if unsatisfied with the product(s) within 7 days of shipment received dateprovided by the courier. Please note, all returns later than 7 day satisfaction-guaranteed period) and cancellations later than 24 hours of ‘Order Confirmation’ e-mail are subject to a 30% restocking and shipping fee.
No product(s) can be refunded or exchanged after 7 days of receiving the product(s) as recorded by the courier.
To obtain a ‘Return Authorization Code’, please contact us as you may need to provide photographic evidence in some cases. We will inform you of the return address. Inform us of the courier and tracking number as soon as you send the product.
Returned product(s) must be the same condition and box in which you received them.
*Without the ‘Return/ Refund Authorization Code’ we will not give any refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
