Mastertex Company is hiring some new garment teams for the following position:

Position Senior Garment Merchandiser
Report to South East Asia Production Manager
Work place Bangkok, Thailand
Employment Type Full Time
Core Function Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently

Responsibility & authority:
planning and organizing production schedules
assessing project and resource requirements
estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
determining quality control standards
overseeing production processes
re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
supervising the work of junior staff
organizing relevant training sessions

Qualifications:
Female/ Male
Any Nationality
Bachelor's Degree in Textile Industry or any related fields
Minimum 5 years experience in position of Senior Garment Industry
Computer literate proficiency in MS office
Excellence in communication and negotiation skill (any additional languages is advantageous)
Good command in English (any additional languages is advantageous)
Ability to work independently, handle pressure and work against deadline.
Organize and problem-solving skills are essential.
Good strategic and facilitation skills, ability to influence and achieve consensus , Act impartially and without bia , Ability to establish

trusted advisor relationship

Technical skill and experience required: Supersory , Highly organised , excelent communication
